Black / Chrome vintage plastic folding chair, Italy, 1980s

This black / chrome plastic folding chair at first sight looks like a TED folding chair by Niels Gammelgaard (which we have here, see link). But it's not, it's slightly taller (about 4 cm when folded) and the backrest is different. Design period of 1970s-1980s. Production period unidentified. Marking of "B" and a "+" found at the rear of the backrest; origin yet to be verified.

Danish, Scandinavian, Swedish, IKEA, Vintage, Mid-Century, Scandinavian Modern, Design Classics, Minimalist, Modernist.

Plastic, black plastic, chrome / metal.

This folding chair is easy to store and handy in a small space.
Dimensions unfolded: Wide: 45.5 cm x Deep: 47 cm x High: 84 cm x Seat height: 44 cm.
Dimensions folded: Wide: 45 cm x Depth: 10 cm x High: 92 cm.

This folding chair shows normal signs of wear and tear befitting of its age.
