About this piece of art
Every town, kolkhoz (collective farm), and sovkhoz (state-owned farm) in the Soviet Union was equipped with a Palace of Culture — one centralized hub accommodating an impressive variety of government-endorsed leisure activities. A library should of course not be missing.
We like to put them in a frame! Really cool reminders of soviet era libraries.
