About this piece of art
Active women's suffrage is given a basis in the Constitution, after it was introduced by ordinary law in 1919. The concept of colonies is also deleted, the Dutch East Indies, Suriname and Curaçao are mentioned as parts of the Empire. Exemption from military service will be possible for people with conscientious objection, and from now on a declaration of war will only be possible after approval from parliament.
